native and proud graduate of Huntsville High School, Cleo built her career right where her roots run
deepest. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a foundation that now powers
her role as Qualifying Broker and Owner of LaunchPoint Realty & Co.
With nearly a decade of experience serving the Meridianville and Huntsville market, Cleo has closed
over $130 million in sales, helping more than 450 families find their way home. As Team Leader of

Cleo currently serves as an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Huntsville Area
Association of REALTORS® (HAAR), where she helps shape the standards and future of the local
real estate community. It’s a role that reflects what drives her most — advocating for both clients and
the profession she’s devoted to.
Outside the office, Cleo is a devoted wife to Kartez and mother to her son, Jordan, and proud
“godmother-in-chief” to a growing crew of godchildren who keep her on her toes. When she’s not
